How do I list my property?
Open List your property, verify your email and answer a few questions about your place, rooms, photos and payout bank account. Our team reviews every listing and emails you once it's live.
How and when do hosts get paid?
Guests pay online through Razorpay. At checkout the payment is split automatically: aasrayin keeps its agreed commission and your share is transferred to your linked bank account. Transfers are held until shortly after the guest checks in, so cancellations can be refunded cleanly, and then settle to your bank on Razorpay's schedule.
What documents do hosts need?
A PAN (personal PAN for individuals and proprietors, business PAN for companies), GSTIN if registered, a bank account in the business or owner's name, and one identity document. Documents are stored privately and seen only by our verification team.
